ANCCE Horse Shows in 2011

Posted January 21, 2011 by Donna

Just got this in … ANCCE is the official recognized studbook for the Pure Spanish Horse in Spain (as well as in the U.S.).

We are pleased to offer the first annual IS P.R.E. USA Show Series. This shows series, the first of its kind to be recognized by the ANCCE in Spain, will give P.R.E. horses in the United States the chance to earn national championship titles. The program was unveiled in November 2010 at the SICAB in Sevilla, Spain, and represents a major step forward in the recognition of the Spanish horse in America.

Prominent representatives from the ANCCE and the Royal Andalusian School of Equestrian Art are expected to be on hand, including Javier Conde, the current President of ANCCE.

There will be four shows in 2011. The inaugural show, to be held March 4 through 6 at Coves-Darden Farm in Aiken, South Carolina, will be for horses in the Eastern region of the country. For further information and registration forms visit IS P.R.E. USA or click the Quick Link to the left.

The deadline for registration is February 24, 2011.

The second show, to be held in Texas in June, will be for horses from the Midwest. The third show, scheduled for September in California, will be for horses from the Western region. All the champions from the three regional shows will be invited to compete in the finals in Texas, held in November 2011. Winners at this show will be named national champions.

We hope you are able to join us.
